Cancellation After ShippingOnce your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.You may still choose to reject the delivery. In such cases, a small shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.3. Prepaid OrdersIf your prepaid order is canceled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.For prepaid orders canceled after shipping, the refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse, minus any applicable logistics charges.4. Non-Cancellable OrdersCustom-made, discounted, or limited-edition products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.5.
